RESULTS May 27th: Boxing Bianchi Scores Controversial Decision Over Choochai

After a decisive defense of the title, SuperChat Fight League World Champion Boxing Bianchi went to war with Thai fighter Choochai TrainMuayThaiGym for five rounds in what was a peculiar decision. The fight began with Choochai knocking Boxing Bianchi to the ground with a devastating back elbow strike before applying even more pressure. He continued to hurt Bianchi throughout the fight, with many having him winning rounds 2, 4 and 5 as well. In round five he actually scored a set of knockdowns against the champion in what many felt would solidify his victory and finally secure the gold for the Thai.

Yet the judges somehow saw it the other way, scoring the fight 48-47, 49-46 and 48-47 for the champion, in a move that left Choochai and his team utterly baffled. While round three was razor-thin, the rest of the fight seemed to be squarely in his favor. Afterwards he called for an immediate rematch, which Bianchi was happy to oblige.

In other action, the night began with two close decisions, with Zoning Zhang picking up a win over former boxing champion Blowhole Bernard and another former boxing champion Especially Esposito picking up a much-needed win over former champion Nightsbane Kvlt. Former SCFL World and Shari’a Law Champion Aladdin Bell got back on the winning track against a game Until Robert with a first round KO while Both Ferrari gained a modicum of revenge against Dutch Wim Nijman by scoring a third round knockout after a tough battle.
