A cadet that joined up with Belly Ribbon PD with high hopes of making a living protecting and serving, he quickly became attached to Officer Nate’s elite task force to hunt down Bike Bianchi after the slaying of fellow officer Bradford Culpepper. What followed was a confusing journey that saw Officer Nate lose his mind while Officer Bertrand was tasked with interrogating members of Team Belly Ribbon through wrestling matches.

Sadly, while honoring THE FALLEN BERTRAND, Officer Boon fired his gun wildly, hitting Chuckie Murphy in the stomach, far enough away from the ring that nobody noticed until he had bled out.
